What we are looking for
A trade certificate is desirable but not a requirement. We encourage you with relevant work experience to apply. Personal qualities
and experience are emphasized. You have a passion and understanding for local ingredients and quality.
– You are fluent in a Nordic language, both spoken and written
– You thrive in a varied work environment, with busy days at a fast pace, but also quieter periods
– You have a positive energy that rubs off on others
– You are creative, committed, and contribute with good initiatives to reduce food waste
Work tasks
– Prepare and present hot and cold dishes in line with
the hotel's concept
– Ensure high quality in food preparation and ingredient handling
– Follow routines for cleaning, hygiene, and food safety
– Contribute to good guest experiences
– The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends
